What makes these products 'anti-theft'?
Our Products have a specific quality that will make it more difficult for thieves to achieve their goals. We have stitched 1.5mm stainless steel cable into both the harness and lead. This is to help prevent opportunist thieves cutting through them to steal your dog and is used as a deterrent only.
Do they come in other colours?
For the first batch of 300 sets, they come in black only. The manufacturer has imposed a minimum of 300 sets per colour as a minimum order, so to make things less complicated at the start we've stuck with black only.
When will the collar be available?
Hopefully early 2021. The collar has had to be completely redesigned as the original design wasn't secure enough. Samples are currently being tested.
Do the Locks come included with the lead?
Yes, 2 red safelysecured™ combination locks are supplied with each lead.
Can I buy extra locks?
Soon! We are trying to organise a range of locks in different colours to be sold on the site.
Are there any bigger sizes of harness?
At this stage - the biggest harness we offer is 3XL, but we are trying to get bigger sizes made. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how big you need.
Can I buy just a lead?
Yes. Just select Anti-theft Lead in the products tab above. Please note though, for extra security we do recommend you pair the lead with a safelysecured™ harness.
Can I buy a longer or shorter lead?
At this stage no. The lead is 1.2 metres long which is industry standard. If there is enough interest we will look at making a longer or shorter version. If you do want one, please email email@example.com .

Well for a start, it's the world's first 'anti-theft' dog harness!

Is there anything else i need to know about the products?
It goes without saying, this product is intended as a deterrent to opportunistic thieves, and should only be used for this purpose. Common sense needs to prevail when leaving your dog outside of a shop. If the area has known professional dog thieves nearby, then please do not leave your dog unattended.
It is not an absolute solution to theft of a pet and that the term ‘anti-theft’ (or any like reference) is not intended to guarantee protection against theft or harm to your pet. The Products must be used with reasonable care by the purchaser for its intended use only.
Reasonable precautions should be taken when using the lead and harness and they cannot be relied upon on its own to prevent theft.
A few extra points
• The onus is on each dog owner to know their pets and behaviours.
• Typically, dogs like to chew everything (including dog leads) and they often eat things that they are not supposed to. To prevent harm or unwanted challenges, common sense and knowing your dog’s habits should be factored into whether you are comfortable leaving your dog alone with the Product.
• We recommend that each dog owner supervises their pet with the Product being worn and uses their best judgement to determine whether their dog can be left safely alone with the lead.
• Safety should come first – and, if you are in doubt – then don’t leave your dog unsupervised with the Product.

What countries are you shipping to?
We currently deliver to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and United Kingdom. We intend to increase this list so if you live in a country not above please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
How much is shipping?
All products will be shipped using Australian Post. UK customers also have the opportunity to use the courier company Sendle, that although cheaper, does take longer to deliver. (Currently around 1 month).

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we now do; as well as Parcel Lockers. Just add the details in the address section at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
COVID has made this hard to make certain, but we aiming for 2-5 days for Melbourne, 5-7 days for other metro cities, 7-10 days for regional Australia. Singapore is 6-15 days, NZ & HK is around 9-15 days, and UK 21-28 days.
Each order will have a tracking number which you will be able to follow online.
If you need it quicker you can upgrade at Checkout.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the products have not been dispatched you can change your address.
My tracking number isn’t working?
Please contact us on email@example.com and we will look into this for you. You will only be sent a tracking number once the products have been sent.
What payment options do you offer?
We support credit card (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express) and Paypal. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Does the price include all taxes, duties and custom fees?
Yes the price you see include all Australian taxes and is the price you will pay at checkout (minus any discounts added).
You are responsible for any tax or duties that may arise in your respective place from where you are currently making the purchase from or from where you commonly live.
The fees that could be charged are Import VAT. 9 times out of 10 you wont get charged, but you have to be aware that Border Force may charge this fee. It's roughly £20 for a lead and harness set.

Can I make changes to my order?
Yes. Please email me as soon as possible if you need to make a size change.
Why does my card keep declining?
If you've triple checked all the numbers are correct, we recommend you check in with your bank to find out what is going on, or try another card.
Support & Returns
What is you return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return. For more information please visit the refund & return policy page here
When I can I expect response from customer support?
We will endeavour to reply to all emails within 24 hours.
How long does it take to process a return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We cannot grant refunds if an item is in transit.
What if the harness doesn’t fit my dog?
We’ve worked really hard to provide clear descriptions of our harnesses with simple sizing guidelines.
However, should you wish to exchange your goods you may do so within 14 days of receipt. As long as the item is in “as new” condition, we will accept it and replace your purchase with a different size.
Please contact us at email@example.com so we can help you through the process. Once we receive your item and it has been inspected and approved, we will organise your new size to be sent back to your best address. We will pay for the additional shipping. Exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the condition of the returned product and if we have stock of the new size.
