All products will be shipped using the Australian courier service Sendle.
Shopify have arranged discounts to reduce the shipping price for all customers.
All orders will receive an order confirmation email and a separate tracking email at dispatch.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays.
We can not send to post office box's, it has to be a residential or business address only.
Once the order has been sent, it’s no longer possible to make changes to the shipping address. Although you are able to change the address whilst you are waiting for the product to be dispatched. Please always double-check the address before placing the order.
For re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete or incorrect address or uncollected parcel, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.
